All new clients are required to complete a complimentary Fitness Screening and Consult prior to getting started with Seed Pilates. During this time we discuss any current/recurring health concerns or injuries that may affect your time in the studio, as well as your own personal goals. This is followed by a fitness screening assessment.
New clients are advised to complete at least one private 1:1 Reformer session prior to joining a group class. These 1:1 sessions are beneficial in ensuring you understand the principles and basic apparatus safety and set up.

"From working with Lisa in the sessions and with the tips she gives that I take home, I am able to make corrections
to the way I hold myself & move daily
I now have no pain at all. I feel aligned, longer, stronger & balanced. Lisa always puts me at ease with her
down to earth & accepting energy. I always feel completely invigorated
but also restored during & after my
I love Seed Pilates."
"The Reformer is the best way to speed up my recovery time from surfing-related injuries. I have learnt so much from the 1:1 sessions on how to keep my body in the best possible shape for surfing and what stretches I should be doing before and after surfing and just day-to-day life. I highly recommend Lisa's classes for rehab purposes or people just keen to strengthen their body and keep mobile".
"Within a few sessions I was reaping the benefits in regards to improved posture, core strength and flexibility. I knew on meeting Lisa that she was going to be an integral part of my health and fitness regime. She really understands the complex needs of her clients, especially postpartum issues. Lisa has great energy and enthusiasm which is not only inspiring but contagious".
"Lisa has put me back on track with her enthusiastic personality, knowledge and instructions. I have had back problems for most of my adult life, but I have improved on so many levels. I am standing taller, my core strength has improved enormously and my back pain has significantly improved as well.I strongly recommend Lisa’s classes to everyone".
