The Reformer is the best way I have found to help speed up my recovery time from surfing-related injuries. I also find it a great way to build up my core strength which has relieved a lot of back pain over the last few weeks. "I'm a new person. I've suffered for as long as I can remember with pain around my neck & shoulder area. Living with this as a constant for many
years. In April this year I took up running and absolutely love it but had endured knee & hip pain.
From working with Lisa in the sessions and with the tips she gives that I take home, I am able to make corrections to the way I hold myself & move daily. I now have no pain at all. I feel aligned, longer, stronger & balanced.
I do one 1:1 reformer session per week. This is enough for me (although I could do more) as it sets me up for checking in with myself throughout
